Explaining The Photos

Hello my dear bloggers.
As you look at the pics below this post you will notice the wonderful colours, and crisp clean images. The quality of these photos differ from the previous pictures I've posted. The reason behind this is that I am now the proud owner of my very own digital camera. I still need to mess around with it more to get good quality in darkened areas but as you can see it takes amazing scenic shots.
So, that's more news from me. I bet your feeling a little overwhelmed by the two posts and pics. But calm down, take a deep breath and just enjoy it.
I start back at uni next week and I have some large gaps of free time so I will most likely post then.
Until next time my dear bloggers, stay safe. And don't do drugs.

Monumental Moment

For the past 3 days I've been down south with Fiona. We decided to go visit her dad in Manjimup and thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to stay at Karrivalley Resort. The weather was rainy on the first day and the last, but on the middle day it was perfect. We had a walk around the lake, went to the falls and had a picnic.
Later that evening we had dinner in their restaurant. It was great, the food tasted delicious and all the staff were friendly. After we had filled our bellies with the wonderful food we went for a short walk along the lake. It was at the concrete bridge that we stopped. We looked up at the stars (the sky had cleared from the rain only a few hours previous) and talked for a bit.
I decided to make my move, pretending to adjust my shirt I quickly pulled the small box from the hidden pocket in my jacket.
I wrapped my arms around Fiona's waist and gazed into her eyes, holding the box behind her.
"It's been nearly 18 months since we started dating each other. Your the most amazing woman in my life."
At this point I took a step back from her. My heart is thumping.
"I love being with you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you" I held the small box infront of me and opened it, revealing a pink sapphire engagement ring.
"Will you spend the rest of your life with me?"
"Yes!"
I took the ring out and slipped it onto her finger, Fiona threw her arms around me.
"You did say yes didn't you?" I asked, unsure.
"YES!" cried Fiona.

So that's the exciting news of how I became engaged. I have a heap of pics from Karrivalley but I'm a bit tired at the moment to post them.
Its strange though. The weather was very wet the first and last days, which were the days mostly spent driving. But the weather was perfectly clear when we had our picnic, it rained during the afternoon, then cleared up again for our dinner. When we went back to the rooms after I proposed it started to rain again. I guess you can call it a divine blessing.
But anyway, I'm missing my Fiance, even though its only been less then 5 hours since I saw her last.
Until next time, Keep It Real.

Uber Rich

I've been fortunante latley when it comes to fiancing. I cashed up all my tips from work and i have a total of $140 from the last 2 months. Not to mention i've already made $20 in tips this week already.
Last night there was meant to be 2 drivers on, but the other driver couldn't make it. So that left little old me to do all the deliveries. I tell ya, it was crazy. Despite my best efforts some orders were coming in an hour late. I worked 1.5 hours longer then i was rostered for, and i did 17 deliveries. Which is alright for a tuesday night. But the best thing is my boss was so impressed with my work that she doubled the deliveries. Which means i get paid for 34 deliveries, instead of 17. That works out to $140 for 5 hours work. Not bad....
Anyway, the money is all going to a good place, so don't expect me to buy anyone anything :-P.

Bye bye...
