From The Desk Of Matt

Greetings to my fellow bloggers and adoring fans.
This week has been both quiet and busy at times. It started out with the monumentally event of the Buton's going down south for a holiday, this meant that Fiona was house sitting for them.
On monday i managed to pass away the hours, i spent an hour or so chatting with Fiona on msn, which was the highlight of my day.
Tuesday was much more interesting, i spent the morning occupying myself then i drove around to the Bunton's place, picked up Fiona and scooted over to carousel where we had coffee. After that we wandered around the shops, trying to spend all my lose change. With the afternoon rolling towards night i dropped Fiona off and headed home. I got a nice surprise when Tim stopped by wondering where the money i'm lending him is. Once i had given it to him he stayed for a few hours and we played counter-strike. That might seem sad to some, but it was fond memories to us.
Wednesday was uneventful so i'll skip over that.
Thursday was a really good day. I picked Fiona up in the morning and we drove out to Garden City to do some shopping. We picked out a good birthday present for Lauren, then we wandered from shop to shop looking at clothes and other stuff. Fiona tried on some very nice outfits and we bought a pillow for my car. Its got a suede feel. We ate lunch sometime between all that and around 3:30 we had seen all we can. I drove us to a park where we got the chance to test out the new pillow as we laid down on the grass. After spending a good amount of time doing that we headed back to the Bunton's house and started to get ready for our dinner party, Yes, you heard right. Fiona and I hosted our own little dinner party. Brendan and Lauren were our guests, along with Jungim. We cooked sweet chilli chicken and a salad. For desert we served cadbury's ice cream with chocolate syrup. In case your wondering, it was all diet stuff. After we had all eaten we played scrabble for a bit then went over to Hoyts and watched Phantom of the Opera. It was a really good movie, a lot of singing but what more would you expect from an opera. Fiona kept yawning through the movie because it was late when we watched it. When the movie finished we went back and we all departed on our own ways, very tired i might add.
Friday was a working day for me so there isn't a lot i can say about it really. I visited Fiona in the afternoon, we spent nearly all that time chasing the magpies back into their cages and herding Buddy away from the neighbours property.
These have been the exciting happenings of my life.
I hope you enjoyed them and will come back again.
